We book up very quickly! Holidays fill 2-3 months ahead of time!

Call us before you finalize your travel plans! 

We will do our best to accommodate your reservation request. If we are full we will add you to our waiting list and will let you know immediately if a room becomes available.

We do everything by appointment only, for the safety of our clients' and staff's birds!

There is a staff member on site from 9 AM to 6 PM every day, and we take appointments from 10 AM to 5 PM, to give us time to focus on your birds.

We are closed for appointments on all major holidays, and from 2 PM to 6 PM the day before those holidays. Please plan accordingly.

AVIAN SUITES CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any regular reservation canceled with less than 2-day notice is subject to a MINIMUM cancellation fee of 25% of the total boarding charges.

 

Any holiday reservation canceled with less than 7-day notice is subject to a MINIMUM cancellation fee of 50% of the total boarding charges.

We offer tours to new clients, bird enthusiasts, and anyone looking to see what we do!

  • We clean and disinfect everything in every room after a bird is picked up. 

    This includes the cage, perches, bin, garbage can, floor, door, walls, windows and ceiling. 

    • F10: A veterinary disinfectant, is a high performance surface acting biocidal compound, and due to its inherently low toxicity and low irritation characteristics is widely used within the veterinary profession. 

    • Mango Pet Focus: A cleaner, not a disinfectant, is a proprietary formula of surfactants to break down bird poop. It is non-toxic when dried.


    Vinegar and water is not an effective cleaning or disinfecting solution and should not be used as such.
